SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication. Disclosed is a transmitting device, which can accurately perform cross scheduling of carriers in the ePDCCH, which is the technical result. In this device, when communication is carried out using multiple component carriers (CC), the configuration section configures the first search area as a candidate, which is assigned with control information for the first CC, and the second search area as a candidate, which is assigned with control information for the second CC different from the first CC, among multiple CC within the same group of units of extraction among multiple groups of units of extraction, which are included by the assigned to the data area within the first CC, and the transmission section transmits the control information displayed into the first search area, and the control information displayed into the second search area.
EFFECT: device can accurately perform cross scheduling of carriers in the ePDCCH, which is the technical result.
