SUBSTANCE: in base station (100) unit (103) for calculating number of sections calculates number of sections of pairs of PRB based on first number of RE to which may be displayed control signal for allocating resources, second number of RE to which may be displayed signals, different from resource allocation control signal and reference number, which is number of RE, which meet requirements of quality of reception in a terminal (200) for control signal resource allocation in each pair of PRB. Display control unit (104) of control signal then defines search space by means of determining group control channel elements making multiple mapped single resource candidate regions within a group of CCE, obtained by dividing each pair of PRB contained in first group, at same number as number of sections.
EFFECT: high reliability of communication.
