FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a composition for heat indication, containing components signalling onset of temperature interval of tempering chromium-molybdenum-aluminium alloys 930…960 °C, wherein components for signalling a given temperature interval is, wt%: magnesium oxide - 15-20; copper nitrate - 20-35; zinc - balance.
EFFECT: technical result is production of a simple and cheap composition for heat indication, intense ignition of which informs about reaching temperature of 930-960 °C when heating for tempering a part (workpiece) made of chromium-molybdenum-aluminium alloys.
