SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in medicine, pharmacology, agriculture, in production of filtration materials. Composition having antimicrobial and antitoxic effect contains a binary mixture of colloidal solution of nanostructured particles of silver with particle size of 2-100 nm and silver ions, stabiliser and solvent. Solvent used is non-polar solvent from group of saturated hydrocarbons, such as n-hexane or n-heptane, or n-octane, or n-decane, or cyclohexane, or isooctane, or distilled water, or deionised water. Stabiliser used is an aqueous solution a hydro-containing polymer in form of polyvinyl alcohol, or chitin, or chitosan, or cellulose, or amylose, or 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, or a solution of acrylic polymer or copolymer in a nonpolar solvent, or an aqueous solution of acrylic polymer or copolymer, or binary mixture of hydroxyl-containing polymer and an aqueous solution of an acrylic polymer or copolymer. Composition additionally contains a solution of a water-repellent agent based on organosilicon compounds in form of siloxanes or siliconates with pH≤8.0 in an aqueous dispersion or in a nonpolar solvent with pH≤8.0.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain environmentally safe stable binary colloidal mixture having high biological activity.
