SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine and is intended for production and application in the food, perfume and pharmaceutical industry of the composition possessing antimicrobial and antitoxic action. Composition with supramolecular structure of colloidal mixture of complex compounds of nanostructured silver particles includes active metals in form of binary mixture of colloidal solution of nanostructured silver particles with particle size of 2–100 nm and colloidal solution of silver cations; silver cation restorer selected from citric acid and ascorbic acid; stabilizer of binary mixture of colloidal solution of nanostructured silver particles and silver cations in aqueous dispersion in form of polyvinyl alcohol; distilled water or deionized water. Colloidal solution of silver cations contains a hydrosol of silver cations in an aqueous or aqueous organic solution. Composition includes complex compounds of an emulsifier in form of sodium dioctyl sulphosuccinate surfactants, a dispersing agent in form of a heterocyclic compound of polyvinylpyrrolidone, a thickener in form of glycerol, complexing biologically active substances in the form of mycelium "OVODORIN" mycolic extract and a carrier of a colloidal mixture of propylene glycol complex compounds. Components are used in claimed amounts. Method of producing said composition is also provided.

EFFECT: use of the group of inventions enables to obtain a composition with a supramolecular structure synthesized based on complex compounds of nanostructured particles of silver and/or hydrosol of silver cations with formation of stabilized synthesized structures, wherein the composition has antimicrobial and antitoxic action.
