FIELD: pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: according to the invention, it contains silver nanoparticles with an average size of 5-50 nm, natural substances selected from a number of polysaccharides are used as a gelling agent, water is used as a carrier, and it further contains a film-forming agent, the components in the gel being in a certain ratio, in wt %. Cellulose ethers and esters, or starch derivatives are used as a gelling agent, and synthetic polymers such as polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyethylene glycol of various molecular weight, or a natural film former, including polysaccharides, chitin derivatives of different molecular weight, natural film-forming agents of protein collagen series are used as a film-forming agent.
EFFECT: effective antibacterial action, acceleration of wound healing, has a persistent and long-lasting effect on the skin surface.
