SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, pharmacology and veterinary science and represents an antiseptic agent based on silver nanoparticles, according to the invention, there are silver nanoparticles stabilized with a polymer compound – polyazolidine ammonium, modified with iodine hydrate ions, and the solvent used is distilled water, wherein the components in the agent are in a certain ratio, wt%.

EFFECT: invention provides stable for at least 24 month water-soluble structures containing silver particles in nanoscale range, characterized by low toxicity level and wide spectrum of antibacterial action, as well as faster rate of wound healing.
