FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, in particular to of aircraft engines protection against uncontrolled shaft overspeed. Device for engine protection against overspeeding, consisting of two different frequency measuring channels, containing pulses generators, connected to digital comparator circuit and microcontroller, which in turn are connected in series to actuating mechanism result output logic circuit, contains voltage limiters in each channel, connected in series between low frequency filters and pulses generators, it also contains additional voltage from sensor control unit connected to microcontroller and speed transducer.
EFFECT: higher noise immunity, high accuracy of frequency measuring.
