SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to traumatology and orthopedics. End of the achilles tendon is stitch with the heel bone. Skin-fascial transplant of back surface of the leg with a fragment of the tendon of the medial head gastrocnemius muscle is replaced in defect of soft tissues.
EFFECT: method allows to restore function of walking by simultaneous recovery of integrity of the achilles tendon and completion of soft tissue prolapse area of achilles tendon and calcaneal tuberosity.
