FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method of manufacture of continuous plate foundations of box section from ribbed slabs of overlapping includes the separate production of lower and upper slabs with concrete holding up to a set of carrier strength. Prefabricated monolithic slabs of foundations are formed from ribbed slabs, which are installed on the previously prepared surface with stiffening ribs upwards with a gap and are joined together by welding with clamping fittings. After welding, the gap between the slabs and the clamping fittings are homogenized. For making top of reinforced concrete slab, internal surface of box is covered with sand or clay, tamped, ribs top is reinforced with steel mesh and the top slab of cement-sand mortar or fine-grained concrete is put.

EFFECT: improvement of processability of the construction works, through the use of ribbed slabs of factory manufacturing, reducing material intensity of foundation, labour intensity and timing of its manufacture.
