FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for production of reinforced concrete hollow core plate structures, such as foundations, floor slabs and coatings, load-bearing flooring of industrial and civil buildings. Hollow-forming module contains a frame with core drivers (2) located in it. Frame is formed by transverse rods (3), bent in form of equilateral trapezoid without larger base, by straight longitudinal rods (4, 4', 5, 5') attached to parts of transverse rods, corresponding to upper minor base of trapezoid and free ends of transverse rods, and additional longitudinal rods (6, 6', 7, 7') attached to transverse rods (3) and arranged on lateral sides of said trapezoid symmetrically about its axis of symmetry. Core drivers (2) are made in the form of hollow closed structural elements from plastic, having the shape of body of rotation and fixed in frame by thrust against transverse (3) and additional longitudinal (6, 6', 7, 7') rods.
EFFECT: simplification and acceleration of manufacturing process of reinforced concrete hollow core plate structure.
