FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology. It involves ultrasound examination with synchronized electrocardiogram and multifrequency sensor. Wherein ultrasonic examination is carried out from five standard accesses along short axis at the level of mitral valve and of papillary muscles, as well as 2-, 4- and 5-chamber positions. Deformation characteristics of myocardium of each of the left ventricular segments 16 are determined on obtained images. Then values of global longitudinal (GLS), circular (GCS) and radial (GRS) deformation of myocardium are calculated. If GLS is less than 17.7, GCS is less than 21.09 and GRS is less than 31.31 “no reflow” phenomenon is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method has high information value in analysis of segment-specific myocardial contraction, that enables detecting disturbed regional contractility in the area of remaining disturbed myocardial blood perfusion and assessing effectiveness of reperfusion.
