SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to reflex therapy, neurology and medical rehabilitation, and can be used for treating patients with lumbosacral dorsopathy. After preliminary treatment of skin with antiseptic solution, Alflutop preparation is introduced into the area of points chosen according to reflexotherapy rules and alternated during the course: segmental in lumbosacral region - T3-5, V2Z, 25, 27, V31–34 and distant points - on lower extremities - V39, 40, 57, 60, 62, E36, VB 30, 34, 39, including vascular points RP6.9, F2.3; 6–8 points are used during the procedure: 2–3 segmental and 4–5 remote. Latter are preferably selected on the side of the lesion. In the case of reflex syndromes, selection of points is determined by localization of pathological manifestations, radicular - by a zone of innervation of involved nerve roots, vaso-reflex reactions - a projection of the first lateral line of back in a combination with vascular points RP 6, 9, F 2,3. Alflutope 0.2 ml is injected subcutaneously into each of the points. Therapeutic course includes 10 procedures released every other day.

EFFECT: method provides reduced length of treatment, fast regression of clinical symptoms, namely in the form of pronounced regression of pain sensations, increased volume of active motions in lumbar spine, neurovascular disorders, confirmed by special study results, with no negative events and reduced recurrence rate due to introduction of the preparation into the points chosen according to reflexotherapy rules.
