METHOD OF SURFACE CONTROLLED ACUPUNCTURE Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A61H39/04 A61H33/00

Abstract RU 2697326 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to reflexotherapy, and can be used in treating pain syndrome in patients with cervical and/or lumbar spines dorsopathy or radial nerve neuropathy, or lateral epicondylitis. That is ensured by acupuncture. First, using a metal probe, painful seals of the superficial tissues are detected, in which acupuncture needles are placed at depth of 1–5 mm for 10–15 minutes. Metal probe is used to re-examine the superficial tissues, and if pain is detected, a needle and a scarifier of the centre of painful compaction are pricked out with a can of the rubber pear to create a vacuum to be obtained in the blood bank. Repeated examination of the superficial tissues with a metal feeler is performed, and if local tenderness is detected, the jars with the rubber pear are repeated on newly detected painful points. Jars with the rubber pear setting procedure is repeated 2–3 times. Microneedles are placed on the exposure site for 2–3 days and covered with a medical plaster. Sessions are performed 1–3 times week for 10–30 days.

EFFECT: method provides pain and affect syndrome relief and reduced rehabilitation time due to the most accurate exposure on the pathological focus throughout the procedure.
