FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: vehicle seat is mounted at the cabin floor with the help of pivoted mount fitted on the floor under the seat rear. Claimed seat is provided with the seat automatic turnover and locking emergency device connected with the bumper to lock the seat after its operation. The seat turnover and locking device is composed of fastening plate arranged under the seat front for rigid fastening of the seat made from fragile material to be broken at preset impact force and helical spring with vertical axle fitted in the seat at compressed state. The seat turnover device is coupled with the bumper with the help of impact striker. The latter is connected by one end with the bumper inner surface and, by opposite end, with the plane front surface.

EFFECT: simplified design, higher efficiency of driver and passenger protection at accidents.
