FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to agent for targeted drug delivery into cells. Agent for targeted drug delivery into cells contains halloysite nanotubes of natural origin, which are washed out in ethanol and water, placed into container with liquid drug, introduced into vacuum desiccator, where nanotubes' cavities are filled with drug. Nanotubes, filled with drug are removed from desiccator and repeatedly washed out in water, dried, grinded, introduced into solution of enzymatic-dehydrated substance - dextrin. Container with solution of enzymatic-dehydrated substance - dextrin and drug loaded nanotubes is repeatedly placed in vacuum desiccator and left therein, then it is removed from desiccator and washed out from excess dextrin.
EFFECT: invention implementation allows to create biocompatible, nanosized mean for targeted delivery of medicinal preparations, providing activation of preparation only in case of ingress into cell and its selective accumulation inside cells.
