SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is described that contains a pharmaceutical composition of doxorubicin included in phospholipid nanoparticles with AS1411 aptamer in the form of a conjugate with DSPE-PEG2000-Mal, for targeted delivery of a cytostatic agent to a tumor, and a method for producing the composition. In one of the embodiments of the invention, the pharmaceutical composition contains phospholipids, doxorubin and AS1411 aptamer conjugate with DSPE-PEG2000 -Mal.
EFFECT: invention expands the arsenal of means for targeted delivery of a cytostatic agent to a tumor.
