FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: spherical nanoparticles of boron nitride with size 50-300 nm with developed external surface are synthesised by method of chemical precipitation from gas phase with application of reaction and transport gases, as well as powder mixtures, which consist of amorphous boron and reagent-oxidants, dispersion of agglomerates of obtained boron nitride nanoparticles by method of ultrasonic processing, saturation of boron nitride nanoparticles with anti-tumour medication by method of sorption and washing of nanoparticles in distilled water are carried out.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to improve efficiency of anti-tumour chemotherapy due to increased activity of absorption of nanocontainers with anti-tumour medication by cells, prevention of toxicity of nanocontainers for cells.
