FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in rotation speed controls of traction diesel engines. An electronic-mechanical rotation speed control of the traction diesel engine includes a housing, drive shaft (1), two racks (6) and (19) of a fuel pump, which are connected to each other with double-arm lever (20) of racks, holder (2) of loads, which is rigidly installed on drive shaft (1), centrifugal loads (3) installed in a hinged manner in holder (2), and coupling (4) of centrifugal loads, which is installed coaxially to drive shaft (1) with a possibility of being moved along it. Lever (5) of the coupling is hinged to coupling (4) and contacts to the first rack (6) of the fuel pump, which is spring-loaded relative to the housing. Lever (8) of the control is hinged to lever (5) of the coupling, supported from the housing through adjustment screw (9) screwed into it and connected through spring (10) of the control to control lever (11). Control lever (11) is hinged in the housing and connected by means of cable (12) to pedal (13) of an accelerometer, which is installed in the cabin of the vehicle. Rotation of control lever (11) is restricted by limit stop (14) of maximum rotation speed and limit stop (15) of minimum rotation speed. An electromagnetic actuating mechanism is installed in the housing with a possibility of action on one or both racks (6), (19) of the fuel pump. There is a sensor for position of racks of the fuel pump, which is rigidly installed on the housing, a rotation speed sensor of a diesel engine crankshaft, an under-pedal position sensor of the accelerometer pedal installed on it, fuel temperature and pressure sensors in a low pressure line of the fuel pump, and air temperature and pressure sensors in the inlet manifold of the diesel engine. An electronic control unit is electrically connected to all sensors and the electromagnetic actuating mechanism. Additionally, the control is provided with switching lever (21) installed in the vehicle cabin. Lever (16) of minimum rotation speed is kinematically connected to switching lever (21) and hinged in the housing with a possibility of being turned together with control lever (11) till it contacts limit stop (14) of maximum rotation speed. Limit stop (15) of minimum rotation speed is screwed into lever (16) of minimum rotation speed with a possibility of contacting control lever (11). An electrical contact in an electrical feed circuit of the electronic control unit is installed with a possibility of opening the electrical feed circuit at turning of switching lever (21) to a mechanical version of operation.

EFFECT: reduction of control forces applied to the accelerometer pedal at operation of the control as per an electronic version of operation.
