FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reproductive biotechnology, namely to a method for in vitro culturing of oocytes in cows. Method includes assessment of growth phase of oocytes separated from the ovaries of slaughtered cows using the standard methods, method for dying with diamond crystal blue dye, separation of oocytes completed their growth and culturing in the medium of TS-199 containing 20 % of bovine serum, 50 ng/ml of bovine prolactin, 0.55 mg/ml of calcium lactate, 0.23 mg/ml of sodium pyruvate, 1.27 mg/ml of HEPES, 50 mcg/ml of gentamycin and granular cells in the concentration of 1 million/ml. Culturing is carried out for 15 hours, then oocytes are moved into the medium additionally containing human chorionic gonadotropin in amount of 10 m units/ml and are cultivated for another 15 hours.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the number of oocytes matured in the process of in vitro culturing.
