SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. The invention is a method, which consists in the fact that the egg is placed in a nutrient medium for in vitro maturation, where it matures to an oocyte ready for fertilization within 24 hours in a medium in which the volume concentration of CO2 is 6%. Culture medium for in vitro egg maturation consists of TCM-199, 10% FBS, 5mg/ml FSH-super, 50mg/ml gentamicin, 3mg/ml B12, 4mM L-carnitine.

EFFECT: improving the quality and viability of bovine oocytes.
