FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to endocrinology reproduction, and can be used for assessing of aromatase activity of ovarian follicles. Method involves single, without using of aromatase letrozole inhibitor, determination of basal level of estradiol and anti-mullerian hormone level in blood serum on 2-5th day of menstrual cycle. Then an aromatase coefficient of activity of ovarian follicles is calculated according to the following formula: KA= E2/AMH, where: KA - coefficient of aromatase activity of ovarian follicles; E2-basal blood estradiol level at 2-5th day of menstrual cycle, pmol/l; AMH - the level of anti-mullerian hormone in blood at 2-5th day of menstrual cycle, ng/ml; and the aromatase activity of ovarian follicles is estimate as follows: at KA< 37.8 - low, at 37.8 ≤ KA ≤ 90.7 - normal, at KA > 90.7 - high.
EFFECT: using the invention allows to estimate with a high-accuracy an aromatase activity of ovarian follicles in the noninvasive pass and without using aromatase letrozole inhibitor.
