SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to reproduction, and can be used to predict the development of a suboptimal response to controlled ovarian stimulation (COS) with gonadotropins in IVF/ICSI programs. To do this, the risk is determined with the assignment of points: the patient's age ≥ 35 years - 3 points, the presence of a suboptimal response in history - 4.5 points, the level of FSH in the blood serum ≥ 8.71 mIU/ml - 1 point, the level of AMH in the blood serum < 2.56 ng/ml - 2 points, the number of antral follicles < 10 - 4 points. With a score of ≥9, the development of a suboptimal response to COS is predicted.

EFFECT: invention allows predicting the development of a suboptimal response to controlled ovarian stimulation at the beginning of the COS protocol, which in turn allows you to adjust the COS protocol in a particular patient, thereby contributing to an increase in the efficiency of COS protocols and the effectiveness of IVF/ICSI programs.
