FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline systems indicating passage of pig-ball piston 56 through calibrated pipeline section 27 of pipe-piston verification unit (PVU). PVU detector consists of base 1, holder 2 and cover 3, made with channels 11, 20, 22 and 25, connecting them with working fluid flow in PVU pipeline 27, which balances effect of working medium at rod 30, coupled with plunger 4, and sleeve 13 with flag 37, fixed on rod 30, shutting-off light flux from radiation source to other optoelectronic indicator 6 at movement of plunger 4 from ball piston 56, moving along PVU pipeline 27, wherein inner cavity 9 of holder 2 is protected from leaks of working medium with O-rings 33 and 34, installed on rod 30.
EFFECT: simplified maintenance of verification unit with detector, installed on it, reduced time and costs for preparation of unit for calibration of device for measuring fluid flow rate providing reliability of checking by device for measuring fluid flow rate.
