FIELD: geophysics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to geophysics and can be used for monitoring cracks in hydraulic fracturing process. Disclosed system, method and software can be used for analysis of microseismic data from fracturing operations. In some aspects data for a new microseismic wave are data from operations of fracturing an underground zone. Updated parameter is calculated for fracture plane. Fracture plane was previously generated based on data for previous microseismic waves. Calculated updated parameter is calculated on basis of data for new microseismic wave and data for previous microseismic waves. Graphic representation of fracture plane is displayed based on updated parameter.
EFFECT: technical result is higher accuracy and reliability of information relating to spatially geometric characteristics of cracks of hydraulic fracturing.
