FIELD: textile and paper.
SUBSTANCE: proposed optoelectronic device relates to instrument making for textile and light industry and can be used for determining parameters of threads slippage in production of textile materials with a different fibrous composition and in their processing. Optoelectronic device for estimating parameters of threads slippage of textile materials comprises clamps of an analyzed sample, devices for its loading in the form of a gear motor with a drive, relocation devices and devices for expansion of the sample threads in the form of a rack with a set of movable needles, arranged on a movable carriage, devices for measuring a displacement value threads, comprising optically active elements and a web-camera connected to a processor, as well as devices for measuring a loading value in the form of a tensometric measuring diaphragm-type system associated with the processor. According to the invention, the device comprises a noddle of adjustment of needles position in interthreads space, equipped with an optical system for visual scanning in micrometre range of needles coordinates change during adjustment.
EFFECT: high accuracy of estimating parameters of threads slippage of textile fibrous materials by eliminating possible penetration needles into threads structure when taking measurements.
