SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rolling production. Hot rolling mill comprises sections of hot rolling, at least one section of pulling device and at least one section of winding. Near section (23) of pulling device and/or section (24) of winding looking from hot rolling in direction of winding section there is at least one section (27) of pulling device rollers accumulation on the other side of the winding section in continuation of the longitudinal axis of the mill for hot rolling and at least one section (28) for pulling device rollers preparation. There is also at least one movable, at least between the section of pulling device and the section of pulling device rollers preparation and section of pulling device rollers accumulation and optionally sections of hot rolling, manipulator (29).

EFFECT: for replacement of rollers they are removed from the pulling device, transported to sections of storage and/or preparation, folded and replaced with other.
