FIELD: pipes.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pipeline transport and can be used in repair of pipelines with outer diameter of 700-1,420 mm to enable dismantled pipes reuse. Pipes repair mobile base is intended for independent arrangement in field conditions in pipes storage site, dismantled during pipeline repair, and in basic conditions allows to perform in single mode system of cleaning, diagnostics and pipes repair works at main gas lines linear part overhaul. Pipes repair mobile base, which were in operation, comprises following process sections: pipes acceptance section 1; pipes cleaning section 2; pipes diagnostics and repair section 3; pipe ends preparation for edges welding section 4; pipes shipping section 5; rejected pipes section 6. Disclosed are description of equipment and of pipes repair operations sequence, suitable for reuse.
EFFECT: extending range of technical facilities.
