FIELD: pipeline transport.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises setting the pipe into the shell concentrically with a spaced relation, setting face plugs, filling the ring space between the pipe and shell with a foamed heat insulated material, and solidifying. Before setting the pipe into the shell, its outer surface is cleaned and heated simultaneously. Before filling the ring space between the pipe and shell, the pipe and shell are inclined together with the transporting conveyer with the use of one of its supports that is adjustable in height. The ring space between the pipe and shell is filled from the top end. All of the operations, including cleaning and setting the pipe into the shell, are performed with the use of transporting roller conveyer, conveyers, and mechanical rearranging devices.
