SUBSTANCE: invention relates to repair of coupling and nipple threaded connections of drilling, casing and tubing pipes in the immediate vicinity of their place of operation. Complex for the repair and restoration of pipes in the immediate vicinity of their place of operation, containing a thermally insulated module for the storage of reagents, a store of treated pipes and a pneumo-hangar, consisting of inflatable arched elements covered with a common protective shell, while the pneumo-hangar houses a heating system and sequentially interconnected by a modular rack system: a store of recoverable pipes, pipe surface cleaning device, inspection area, thermally insulated container with a lathe installed on the vibration isolation system, thermally insulated container with a phosphating unit and thermally insulated container with a hydraulic tong; the pneumo-hangar is equipped with a pumping system, including pressure sensors for inflatable arched elements; the heating system of the pneumo-hangar includes infrared heaters and blow heaters of indirect heating.

EFFECT: creation of a method and complex for the repair and restoration of pipes in the immediate vicinity of their place of operation, capable of operating in difficult weather conditions, including conditions of extremely low ambient temperatures.
