FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device relates to electrical measurement engineering, particularly to automated control systems, and is used in preparation and during operation of systems employing remote control, and requiring compliance with particular precautions in testing and control of their characteristics. Device comprises a voltage meter 1, measuring voltage drop on controlled resistance, generator of test currents 2, forming reference current for measuring low resistances of a thread of an explosive charge, test voltage generator 3, forming sample voltage, gradually rising to a to limit value, unit for controlling rate of rise of test signals 4, unit for calculating resistance 5, which calculates resistance thread of explosive charge, current limiter 6, for protection of controlled circuit from short circuit in case of failure of measuring part, analogue-to-digital converter 7, current sensor 8, which generates a code proportional to current value, which flows through test voltage generator and measured resistance, device for setting permissible insulation 9, in which is entered value of resistance, below which resistance of insulation must now fall, multiplexer 10 for switching outputs of test signal generators, insulation resistance calculation unit 11, which calculates resistance of insulation of control circuits of pyrotechnic, control unit 12, providing implementation of time diagram of operation of units of device and device as a whole, device for setting permissible rate of change of resistance 13, which sets permissible rate of change of control parameter, demultiplexer 14, which enables connection of voltage meter to corresponding points, between which resistance is measured, demultiplexer 15 for connection of test current generator or test voltage generator to corresponding points, between which resistance is measured, result prediction unit 16, which based on current parameters of process predicts parameters at next control steps and generates control signals depending on prediction, unit for generating control results 17, "Start" bus 18.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of risk of damage of object.
