SUBSTANCE: body busbar, relative to which feeders insulation resistance is measured, is connected with an output of the amplifier covered with feedback, potential of which is higher than the potential of the body by a previously specified value. Besides, between the amplifier output and the feedback point there is a limiting resistor, which, during the first period of the amplifier saturation mode, when capacitance load prevails, determines current of accelerated charge of leakage capacitance. After establishment of the body potential, the value of voltage drop on a limiting resistor determines the current flowing through the leakage resistance, and knowing the value of voltage surge, it is possible to define the value of the leakage resistance.

EFFECT: high accuracy of measurement and minimum impact at investigated circuits.
