SUBSTANCE: method of processing sonar information of the sonar equipment relates to hydroacoustic systems of detection and location of targets, and it can be used in the sonar equipment with a beam former of static sheaf. To provide the specified technical result perform inhibition of interfering echo signals received at sidelobe by threshold processing of initial mass of ECHO signals amplitudes on all spatial channels before the output on the indicator.

EFFECT: aim of the invention is to increase the noise immunity of the receiving path of the sonar to minimize the probability of missing target echoes.
