FIELD: electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to generators of a cavitation type for heating of liquids in hydraulic systems of various purposes, and also can be used as mixers of different liquids. Invention extends manufacturing capabilities and increases efficiency of cavitation-vortex power converter working process by increasing of sound wave amplitude generated due to increase in degree of jets interaction in vortex chamber. For this purpose, in cavitation-vortex power converter, containing vortex chamber with two inlet branch pipes, connected by opening in end wall to housing, made in form of cylindrical pipe with braking device, inlet to housing is equipped with diaphragm, branch pipes are installed with axes intersecting in one plane at obtuse angle, and on second by fluid flow, that is output, branch pipe additional housing is installed. Device has higher pressure difference in generated by it sound waves, therefore, and cavitation caverns larger sizes. Besides, higher pressure difference into wave manometric phase provides higher pulse at each cavity collapse, consequently, and higher degree of energy compaction. Device became multifunctional.
EFFECT: possibility of operations range considerable extension from thin high-efficiency solid materials grinding to sparing sensitive impact on living objects (seeds) with possibility of complete mechanization and automation of each process.
