FIELD: heat generators.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to generators of a cavitation type for heating of liquids in hydraulic systems of various purposes, and also can be used as the various liquids mixers, molecular bonds in complex liquids dispersion, destruction, liquids physical and mechanical properties changing, to affect the biological objects. Vortex cavitator comprises cylindrical body, configured as the cyclone fluid accelerator, which end face is connected to the body, on which output connected to the outlet branch pipe the braking device is arranged. Body is made rotating due to installation by the ends in the bearings, one of which is located in the cyclone end wall adjacent to the body, and the other one is in flange, additionally installed on the outlet branch pipe or the bearings can be placed outside the inner working space on the axes connected to the body by spokes, body is also provided with seals in the cyclone end wall and the outlet branch pipe flange movable connection points, for example, in the form of flanges along the body ends with concentric to its axis grooves, entering into sliding mating with the cyclone end wall and the outlet branch pipe flange concentric protrusions.
EFFECT: invention should expand the vortex cavitators application scope and provide an opportunity, due to the lack of intense vortex movements, to perform the spare influence within the vortex cavitator body working volume during the biological objects cavitation processing, for example, seeds.
