FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: system includes receiver (1) and three rotary disc apparatus RDA (2, 4, 6), connected in series. Each RDA (2, 4, 6) consists of a cylindrical housing with inlet and outlet covers, inside of which there is a shaft with two discs. Between discs and housing there is a gap with width of 0.2 mm. At inlet and outlet covers of housing of RDA there are pipelines (14). On housing of each RDA (2, 4, 6) in area between two rotating discs there is a hole for mounting UV-lamp holder (12). Housing and discs of first RDA are made from steel, second RDA - brass, third RDA - brass with silver coating with thickness of 40 mcm. Shaft of each RDA is connected to shaft of separate electric motor (3, 5, 7). Disinfection method includes successively feeding liquid from receiver (1) through cascade of RDA (2, 4, 6) to output of third RDA (6) to accumulator (8) and draining purified liquid into reservoir (13). Irradiation of liquid with UV lamp is carried out in area of inter-disc space in housing of each RDA. Inventions provide versatility and high degree of cleaning aquatic media from contamination, reagentless disinfection to indicators corresponding to standards on drinking water, and reduces corrosion of pipelines.

EFFECT: group of inventions can be used for treatment and disinfection of natural, recycled and waste water to drinking water standard.
