SUBSTANCE: holder has main body with head extending from shank in forward direction, clamping element, retained in head without thread, and fastening element, functionally interacting with clamping element single bearing surface. Head at its front end has receiving seat for plate with support surface, substantially, facing upwards, wherein clamping element is completely arranged behind seat support surface and has support surface directed, substantially, upwards. Holder is made with possibility of directing clamping force to seat bearing surface and cutting plate pressing to it.
EFFECT: enabling stable positioning of cutting plate during clamping.
