FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to cardiology. Artificial cardiac valve comprises bearing structure with aperture for blood flow and flexible flap. Aperture determines axis. Cross section, made through flap in plane, transverse to axis, determines convex outside section, concave outside section and joint between convex and concave sections. Flap is attached to bearing structure along main line of attachment. Free edge is made with possibility of movement relative to bearing structure, and free edge defines convex outside section, concave outside section and joint between convex and concave sections. Flap determines coaptation area, which passes from free edge to border, which is located between free edge and main line of attachment. Coaptation area has multiple identical cross-sections. Cross section, which is closer to main line of attachment, but is located between main line and border of coaptation area, has longer convex section and shorter concaved section than cross section, which is located farther from main line of attachment, but between main line and border of coaptation area. Alternative versions of valve are disclosed.
EFFECT: inventions improve reliability and hemodynamics, reduce need to receive anticoagulant.
