SUBSTANCE: series of inventions relates to medicine. Connecting device for connecting distal part of a penis to a penis extension device has an elongate, rigid hollow body, which is open at proximal end and is used for receiving distal end of penis and for securing on penis extension device and, at its distal end, has an opening, that is in operational connection to a vacuum pump or can be brought into such an operational connection, and an elastic tubular sleeve which is placed with its proximal area onto shaft of penis and which (sleeve), when connecting device is in assembled state, has its distal area enclosing proximal end of hollow body and bearing on outside thereof.
EFFECT: three-way valve is arranged between opening and vacuum pump and can assume different positions.
