FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to inserts of prosthesis for adjoining stump and connection with case of prosthesis. Insert comprises elastic main body (11), which has proximal hole (12) for insertion of stump in receiving space (13) and distal end (14). Wherein at outer side (15) of prosthesis insert (10) at least one vacuum suction cup (30) is located. Vacuum suction cup is made or secured to prosthesis insert and between vacuum suction cup and prosthesis socket vacuum is created. Wherein vacuum suction cup has arch directed from prosthesis insert, due to which, when prosthesis is inserted into socket, closed volume is created at vacuum suction cup side, facing from prosthesis insert.
EFFECT: invention usage enables attachment of prosthesis at reduced accuracy of socket setting, wherein volume oscillations have less effect on fixing inside prosthesis socket.
