VACUUM SYSTEM AND ENDOSCOPIC SYSTEM FOR ENDOSCOPIC VACUUM-THERAPY Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC A61B1/15

Abstract RU 2562680 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medical equipment, namely to a vacuum system for endoscopic intracavitary, intraaluminal or intracorporal vacuum-therapy for the suction of fluids of an organism, wound discharge or gases from a hollow volume and to an endoscopic system for vacuum-therapy. The vacuum system includes a vacuum pump, which has a control inlet for the reception of a control signal for the control of power of its suction and from the low pressure side has a connection of a vacuum drainage system, connected or connectable with the vacuum pump control inlet unit for pressure regulation, which has an inlet for measurement signals for the reception of, at least, one measurement signal, representing a pressure measure, acting in the hollow volume to be treated. The vacuum pump is made to create the suction power, determined by the control signal, on the low pressure side depending on the acting at a certain moment on its control inlet control signal. The endoscopic system for vacuum-therapy contains the vacuum system, an external tube unit, which is connected with the vacuum pump of the vacuum system from the low pressure side and has a fluid-collecting element, an endoscope, made with a possibility of introduction into the external tube unit, and a probe, connected with a unit for the regulation of the vacuum system pressure, to measure negative pressure.

EFFECT: claimed vacuum and endoscopic systems provide a possibility of carrying out the endoscopic vacuum-therapy of internal wounds.
