FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry. Described is a method of producing heterogeneous set of single-chain DNA fragments for multiplex genetic analysis. Present invention comprises performing multiplex solid-phase polymerase chain reaction (PCR) on a polysaccharide carrier and further cleaving one of synthesized chains for purpose of analysis on oligonucleotide microchip. Multiplex nature of solid-phase amplification is achieved by using a mixture of particles of polysaccharide carrier, on each of which is immobilised an individual pair of primers for amplifying. One of primers in each pair of immobilised primers contains a cleavable group. For introduction of reporter groups into DNA chain during PCR, a fluorescent-marked nucleoside triphosphate is added to reaction mixture.
EFFECT: invention enables to carry out parallel genetic analysis.
