SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and can be used in medicine. Invention refers to a method for detection of nucleotide replacements in genes influencing metabolism of chemotherapeutic preparations. Invention includes a biological microchip (biochip), a set of oligonucleotide probes and primers for implementing the method. Identification of polymorphisms is carried out by amplifying gene fragments with polymorphic loci using a set of primers and subsequent hybridization of amplification products on a biochip with immobilized oligonucleotide probes.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method for identifying genetic polymorphisms affecting the metabolism of antineoplastic preparations using biological microchips.
