FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Method for producing organic fertilizer from Black Sea fish involves hydrolysis of frozen organic raw material using enzyme preparations of bacterial or fungal genesis under the conditions of temperature control, deodorization and evaporation of the end product, wherein the material used is small types of Black Sea fish which is ground before hydrolysis, and hydrolysis is carried out for 4-6 h at mince:enzyme preparation solution water duty of 1:1.5 to the content of nitrogen of amino groups of not less than 60 % and then the obtained hydrolysate is centrifuged, and orthophosphoric acid is added to clarified from bone residues and non-fermented raw material to reach the final concentration of 1-2 %, it is then heated to 90-100 °C during 1-2 hours under vacuum 0.0735 MPa and is evaporated to density of 1.08-1.09 g/cm3 and content of dry dissolved substance of 15-20 %.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain two types of fertilizer: liquid hydrolysate and fish bone fertilizer from frozen fish raw material without preliminary cutting.
