Device comprises information and modulating inputs, information outputs, computing core consisting of processor device, application non-volatile memory, random access memory and non-volatile data memory interacting through system bus.

EFFECT: technical result is providing most complete emulation of biological neuron functioning, as well as application versatility and multiplicity, which provides significant saving of hardware resources.
