FIELD: physics, computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering and intelligent computer systems and can be used to create intelligent computer systems. A virtual stream computer system comprises a unit of autonomously operating processor elements (PE); the number of operating PE in a specific physical time unit is defined by conditions of the computation process algorithm or results thereof from the previous time unit; a two-level virtual active memory unit for each PE and a group of PE, a common virtual active memory unit available for all PE, coordinate systems for information referencing and verifying results of the computation process in the domain of the two-level virtual active memory unit for each PE or group of PE.
EFFECT: high reliability of information performance in circularity, restriction, exchange and uncertainty conditions, enabling implementation of dynamically expanded architecture, high information accuracy of computation and data processing results.
