FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry in infants, and is intended for making of pin teeth up to termination of dental system growth and formation of permanent dentition. Patterns of upper and lower jaws are obtained. Anatomic shape of injured tooth is restored with model wax. Then silicone key is obtained from restored fragment, root canal of restored tooth is prepared for solid pin. Composite material "Protemp 4" is directly introduced into prepared root canal. Same material is introduced into silicone key, which is immediately fitted in oral cavity in area of hard tooth tissues' defect and structure if maintained for 180-200 seconds. That is followed by final correction of structure for bite.

EFFECT: method enables restoration of tooth tissues in one visit, and solidity of root and crown parts of structure provides uniform distribution of masticating pressure on solid tooth tissues and periodontal tissue for a long time.
