FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring equipment and can be intended for research of degree of thermal damage of objects and materials by analyzing intensity of reflected (coefficient of reflection) and residual luminescent radiation. Device comprises radiators of different wavelength and type of radiation, receiver of optical radiation, signal generator to operate in pulsed mode and mode of direct current, device for analyzing results is oscilloscope. Wherein signal generator in mode of direct current promotes alternately switching of radiators of different wavelength and type of radiation to provide fixation of intensity of reflected signal, and in pulsed mode of operation signal generator provides alternately switching of radiators of different wavelength and type of radiation for determination of peaks and intensity of residual luminescence.

EFFECT: technical result is increase of accuracy and reliability of determining degree of thermal damage of material presence, conditioning and type of substance, which enables to determine initial point of occurrence of combustion in object.
