FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering. Magnetically isolated phase stator for a machine, having a certain number of electrical phases, comprises at least one stator phase section with at least with two stator teeth, at least one winding slot, having angular distance between at least two stator teeth, and at least one magnetic inactive region, having angular distance equal to at least one angular distance of winding slot, multiplied by a value which is inverse to number of electrical phases. Magnetically inactive region protects constant magnetic field from being shared by multiple stator phase sections.
EFFECT: technical result is providing fault-tolerant design of machine.
