SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to oncology. For intelligently combining medical findings received across different modalities it is used a method and a system containing an extraction module extracting contextual information from an image of an area of interest, feature selection module building a current feature vector, referencing engine computing a similarity score and a representation subsystem to display presented data on the basis of similarity score.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables to obtain accurate and successive annotations on pathological changes in short time due to possibility of automatic simultaneous data linking from different surveys.
